Days 2 to 5 Foundation


Preparation and Initial Therapies

Initial Ayurvedic therapies begin, diet is calibrated to your dosha, and daily Pranayama sessions start at sunrise by the Ganges. Protocol is adjusted daily.

Days 6 onwards Core Treatment


Targeted Therapies at Full Depth

The programme reaches its core depth. Therapies administered at full intensity. Physician reviews progress every 3 to 4 days and adjusts the protocol as your body responds.

Final Days Integration


Restoration and Home Protocol

Treatments shift to restorative pace. Your physician prepares your post-stay protocol including personalised daily practice, dietary guidelines, and herbal recommendations.

After Departure


Post-Stay Follow-Up

A 30-minute video consultation with your Ekaanta physician 3 weeks after departure to review progress and answer questions.

Pranayama Therapy

A structured progression of Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Ujjayi, and Kapalabhati administered daily by the Ganges to rebuild lung capacity and breathing control.

Respiratory Nutrition Protocol
