Research shows that it takes approximately 7 days to form a new habit. Our retreat is thoughtfully crafted to span 7 days, enabling you to immerse yourself fully in transformative experiences and build healthy habits that last a lifetime. With expert guidance, support, and the tranquil ambiance of Ekaanta, you’ll have the perfect environment to embrace positive changes in your lifestyle.

Eligibility Criteria:

Patients with any of the following:

  • Obesity
  • Stressed individuals
  • Nutritional
  • Imbalances
  • Metabolism Disorders
  • Improving immunity
  • Losing/Gaining Weight
  • Make a lifestyle change

Patients under the following categories are not eligible:

  • Pregnant women.
  • Patients with unstable heart condition (past strokes, stents, CVD,
    chronic heart conditions)
  • Crippled / immobile and visually impaired persons.
    Patients suffering from Cancer, TB, skin diseases, any incurable
    disease, STD, HIV.
  • Patients addicted to drugs, smoking or using tobacco in any form, alcohol etc.
  • Patients intending to relax and take rest in the name of treatment.


1. Weight Loss:

Outcome: Achieve Sustainable and Healthy Weight Loss.

At Ekaanta, we promote gradual and safe weight loss through personalized nutrition plans and regular physical activities. Our expert nutritionists design balanced meal plans that cater to individual needs, ensuring essential nutrients while working towards weight loss goals.

  • Weight loss of up to 5 to 10 pounds (approximately 2.3 to 4.5 kilograms) over the 21-day retreat

Our nutritionists focus on designing meal plans that support healthy digestion and gut microbiome. Participants will learn to make dietary choices that promote gut health and reduce digestive issues. Yoga will also be integrated for betterment of gut health through gut cleanse.

4. Yoga:

During the 7-day retreat, our experienced yoga
instructors will guide you through daily yoga and
meditation sessions. Through the practice of yoga, participants can experience increased flexibility, improved posture, enhanced balance, reduced stress and anxiety.

How will this program run?

The program at Ekaanta will be a 7-day retreat. Participants will spend a total of 7 days at the Ekaanta location, where they will experience the on-site activities, including nutrition consultations, yoga sessions, spa treatments, forest bathing, meditation on the rocks, cultural walk of Haridwar, and other enriching experiences.

After the 7-day on-site experience, participants will transition to the at-home experience, where they will continue their wellness journey for an additional 14 days. During this period, they will follow the nutrition and yoga plans provided during the final day at Ekaanta and participate in daily focused Zoom sessions with nutrition and yoga experts to maintain their progress and build lasting healthy habits.

In total, the Ekaanta 21-Day Retreat combines 7 days on-site and 14 days at-home experiences, providing a comprehensive and transformative journey towards weight loss, gut health, lifestyle change, and better immunity

On-Site Experience (Days 2-8):

Your 7-day stay at Ekaanta will be a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, you’ll be guided by our team of expert nutritionists and yoga instructors to kickstart your journey

Nutrition Consultation:

Kick off your retreat with a personalised nutrition consultation to understand your dietary needs and goals.

Yoga Consultation:

Discover the power of yoga with one-on-one consultations to tailor a practice that suits your fitness level and objectives. 

Nutrition and Yoga Plan:

Receive customised nutrition and yoga plans that will support your well-being throughout the retreat.

Daily Yoga and Meditation Sessions:

Spa Sessions:

Movie Under the Stars:

Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing):

Ganga Aarti on our Private Ghat:

Witness the mesmerising Ganga Aarti ceremony, a spiritual ritual by the river.

Immerse yourself in the local culture and heritage with an enriching walk through Haridwar.

Transition to At-Home Experience (Day 9)

On the final day at Ekaanta, we equip you with the tools and plans you need to continue your wellness journey at home.

Group Session: Reflect on your on-site experiences and celebrate your progress in a supportive group setting.

Nutrition and Yoga Plan for the Next 14 Days:  Receive a personalised plan for the upcoming days, including daily focused Zoom sessions with our nutrition and yoga expert.

At-Home Experience (Days 10-23):

The next 14 days are all about sustaining your momentum and building long-lasting habits for a healthier lifestyle.

Daily Focused Zoom Sessions: Stay connected and motivated with our experts through daily virtual sessions.

Progress Tracking: Keep a journal of your journey, noting achievements, challenges, and emotions.

Post-Challenge Follow-Up: At the end of your 21-day retreat, we’ll come together again virtually to share our successes and celebrate your transformation.
