Path to Yogic Mastery: Kanak’s educational odyssey began at Chandigarh University, Gharuan, where she earned her degree in pharmacy. While nurturing her academic pursuits, she found her calling as a part-time gym trainer at esteemed establishments like Evoke Fitness Gym, Gold’s Gym, and Auston Gym in Kharar, from 2017 to 2019.
A Yogi’s Campaign: Post-graduation, Kanak’s journey led her to Humane Society International/India, where she channeled her passion for animals into advocacy. As a campaigner in the Farm Animals Protection campaign, she lent her voice to champion the welfare of farm animals.
Yoga Beyond Asanas: Kanak’s influence extended to esteemed educational institutions, including Banaras Hindu University and Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi), as well as various colleges within Delhi University. Here, she ignited awareness about the harmony between yoga and holistic well-being.
Yoga for a Wholesome World: Kanak’s vision encompasses far-reaching impact. She shared her wisdom with candidates of the National Service Scheme across Delhi and Gujarat, illuminating subjects like animal welfare, the realities of the animal-based food industry, One Health principles, and strategies for environmental preservation.
Yoga’s Holistic Essence: Fueling her love for fitness, Kanak embraced the ancient art of yoga, earning certification from the Yoga Vedanta Centre in Rishikesh. With over 5+ years in the fitness realm, including 2.5 years dedicated to yoga, she embodies the holistic fusion of physical and spiritual well-being.
