  2. Nutritional Fundamentals: Basic principles of nutrition, including macronutrients, micronutrients, and the food groups.
  3. Healthy Eating Habits: Strategies for incorporating healthy eating habits into daily life, such as meal planning, portion control, and mindful eating.

4. Physical Activity and Exercise: The importance of regular physical activity for physical and mental health, and different types of exercise, such as cardiovascular, strength training, and mind-body practices.

  1. Stress Management: Techniques for managing stress, such as mindfulness, meditation, and deep breathing.
  2. Mind-Body Practices: Overview of different mind-body practices, including yoga, tai chi, and qigong, and their benefits for physical and mental health.
  3. Supplements and Superfoods: Overview of popular supplements and superfoods, their benefits and potential risks, and guidelines for safe and effective use.
  4. Personalized Nutrition and Wellness: Assessment of individual needs and development of personalized nutrition and wellness plans, taking into account personal health history, lifestyle, and fitness goals.
