The Concept

Our focus is on guiding people to practice mindful living as an everyday habit. We believe that Mindfulness is an essential skill to possess, so we can navigate through the daily chaos with serenity and a sense of calm.

The Content

Ekaanta offers a contemporary twist to the guru-shishya traditions of learning and self-discovery. Our programs are a confluence of the east and west, facilitated by renowned practitioners of Mindfulness from different parts of the world.

The Location

Ekaanta Mindversity on the Ganges enjoys a unique location in Haridwar, the world’s most popular spiritual center. The facility is enveloped by dense forests on one side and the energizing purity of the river Ganges on the other. Thus, Ekaanta lends itself to a deeply sensorial and uplifting experience of Mindfulness, like no other place in the world.

The Divinity of the Ganges

In the Indian belief system, Goddess Ganga is symbolized by the tempestuous river Ganges, which originates from the pristine Gangotri glacier. It is believed that taking a dip in her holy waters can cleanse you of all your sins. At Haridwar (‘Gateway to God’), one of the oldest spiritual centres in the world, the Ganges flows unsullied and divine, where her magical waters cleanse, nourish and energize every living thing that they touch.

Ekaanta

Mindversity on the Ganges derives inspiration from the rich ancient history of Haridwar and the mystic powers of the Ganges to offer a gateway to your inner self. A space where the wondrous sounds of the flowing river and the restful energy of Ekaanta: let you discover a clarity that invigorates you again.

Our Faculty

Ekaanta seeks to collaborate with the best in the field of Mindfulness and welcomes top scholars, researchers, mentors and experts to undertake workshops and programs at the Multiversity. Please connect with us if you wish to share your coaching experience with others with support from our team to develop a carefully curated, exclusively designed program at our unique facility and learning center.

For the upcoming programs scheduled in the later part of this year, we are grateful to the following experts who are dedicated to bringing their best resources to the Ekaanta programs. These mentors are making path-breaking discoveries to break down barriers in the exploration of how acquiring Mindfulness skills and habits, can impact individual quality of life with take better control of your personal health, care and wellbeing.
