Bespoke Programs

Our online sessions give a flavour of what you can expect from our intensive 3-day residential programs. None of our programs come ‘off-the-shelf’. We create tailored, theme- based sessions that are exclusively crafted for you. If there are specific concerns you would like us to address, we can design our programs around your specific needs.

 

Dialogue-based Interactions

All our programs are intentionally conversation-led. There are no pre-prepared session plans. Rather, our Masters of Mindfulness encourage questions and interaction from participants to allow for a purposeful dialogue and opportunities for learning.

 

ALIGN THE MIND, BODY AND SOUL

Other programs may only require your presence but not participation. Waterside Conversations, however, are not a one-way monologue  but a medium of getting through to the mind, body and spirit with:
